• 1 class/wk: $85
• 2 classes/wk: $125
• 3 classes/wk: $160
• 4 classes/wk: $190
• 5 classes/wk: $235
• 6 classes/wk: $250
• Each class after 6 is $10

• Registration fee: $100
• Registration siblings: $80
• Costume fee: $85 per dance
• Recital fee of $150 per dancer

• Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.
• Payments can be made online or at the studio.
• There is a $25 fee for all declined credit card transactions or returned checks. 
• Payments made after the 5th of the month are charged a $15 late fee, with a $5 charge for each additional week late.
• Any payment not paid by the 15th, the student may only observe class until the balance is paid in full.
• If payments are not paid by the 30th, the student will be removed from the class.
• There are no refunds for missed classes.
• There will be no prorated tuition for students registering late.
• Students must attend the class they are registered in.
• Tuition is based on an average of 4 weeks per month. Some months may have 5 weeks, or some may have 3. No additional tuition is charged for months with more than four classes. This same principle applies during months with a holiday – regular monthly tuition is due.

• Siblings receive 25% off total tuition.
• Siblings receive 25% off the recital fee.
• Register for fall by July 15th and get $10 off registration.
• New students- Drop in for TWO free trial classes in different styles and receive 15% off your first month’s tuition.   

If you like what we do here, spread the word and bring your friends to the studio. When your referral registers for a class, you receive a $10 credit.

 Welcome to Synergy Dance Company. We offer an exciting opportunity to connect with new people and share your talents. Under the direction of Ashley Rhodes, the studio is designed to present dance with an emphasis on technique and professionalism. We offer a variety of classes and styles to meet every dancer's desire. By placing students at their appropriate level, each dancer is challenged and has the opportunity for individual improvement. In addition to classes, students will have a performance opportunity in our annual recital and more with our competitive teams.

Our mission is to provide structured classes based on discipline and building blocks for self-esteem.  We want our students to flourish and grow in a creative, fun, and friendly atmosphere where the art of dance remains the focus. Students will learn to dance while developing self-esteem, poise, flexibility, strength, discipline, and much, much more.

• Develop student awareness of the art of dance.

• Increase students' strength, coordination, flexibility, agility, endurance, control, and grace.
• Build confidence and self-esteem.

• Classes are closed to parents sitting in.
• Dance wear is required for all students.
• Parents and siblings are not allowed inside the dance rooms unless asked by the instructor.
• If you wish to speak to your child’s teacher. Please make an appointment with the receptionist.
• No one is allowed to play or hang on the ballet bar.
• No one should touch the mirrors.
• No food or drinks are permitted inside the dance rooms.
• Absolutely no gum!
• All bags/shoes must be stored on the hooks outside the dance room during class time.
• No running!!!!
• Students need to enter the dance room prepared to dance.
• Dancers cannot leave the room during class time without permission. Always ask the teacher for permission to leave the room.
• You must be respectful and attentive to the teacher.
• Disruptive behavior is not allowed during class. Any disruptive child will be asked to observe until a parent arrives to pick them up.
• If entering late, please enter as quietly as possible.
• Go to the bathroom before class.
• Students must be dropped off and picked up on time.

• Attendance is crucial in the progress of the class and the dancer. That being said, please, do not send your child to dance if they are ill.
• There are no refunds for missed classes.
• Excessive absences may result in expulsion.

• The lost and found box is in the office.
• All items found with no name will be put inside the box. All items with a name will be returned to the owner.
• Please check the box regularly if you are missing an item.
• Items in the box will be donated at the end of every month.

• Synergy Dance Company reserves the right to ask a student/family to leave the studio for failure to follow studio policies, or any other reason they see fit.
• Suspension/ Expulsions are at the discretion of the director only.

• In the event of bad weather, studio cancellations will be posted, emailed to you, and posted on Band.
• There may be other cancellations, such as holidays, which will be posted in the studio.
• If classes are canceled due to teacher illness and no substitute is available, you will be notified by email and/or phone.

• Synergy Dance Company uses email as our main form of communication.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure that we have the most recent email account on file and that you check your inbox regularly.

• Students are registered & her/his place is held in class for the Season.
• If you would like to withdraw from classes, you must give the office 30 days’ notice. Without this, your space in class is held, and tuition will be due through the end of the month.

• We have one annual recital, usually in May. Our recitals are a fun culmination of all of your child’s hard work!
• There will be a recital participation fee of $150 per student; siblings get 25% off. This cost covers theatre, staff, licensing, insurance, and a recital video.
• A professional videographer will be videotaping the recital.
• To help the students get used to the stage, there will be a dress rehearsal at the theater. More information will be provided in your recital packet.
• Recital fee is due by February 1st. A $10 late fee will be added after the 10th.   

• Costumes are required for each participating student
• All costumes are very high quality and are ordered through a variety of reputable companies.
• All costumes must be altered to fit the student correctly.
• Costumes are $85 (This includes all accessories but not tights or shoes).
• Costume fees are due by November 1st. There will be a $5 late fee per costume if paid after the 10th. If fees are not paid by December 1st, a costume will not be ordered, the student will not be able to participate in the recital, and the student will be removed from classes.
• After the costumes come in and are sorted, they will be sent home during their dance classes.
• We will send out an email when parents can expect to receive their costumes. Please try on the costume as soon as it’s sent home and contact SDC immediately with any sizing issues or questions so we can resolve them before recital time. 
• Costume fees cannot be reimbursed. 

• Ballet: pink tights, pink ballet shoes, leotard, hair in bun, ballet skirt(optional)
• Jazz/Tap/Musical Theater: pink or tan tights, leotard, shorts or leggings, black/tan jazz shoes, hair in pony tail or bun 
• Acro: tights(optional) leotard, shorts or leggings, hair in ponytail or bun, bare feet
• Hip Hop: appropriate, comfortable street clothes with sneakers
